You may request up to 15 items. Please prioritize items and we will do our best to provide 10 of the highest ranked items we have (#1 being the highest). Pick Up: You will be notified by phone or email when your items are ready to be picked up. Items may be picked up Monday thru Friday 10am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-1:30pm at the Ruby St. doors. Items not picked up within 5 days will be returned back into the collection. Please be patient with us as we collect your materials. Our goal is to make all requests received before 4pm available the next day. Form submissions received after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
