The Community Development Department and the Planning Commission have updated the permitted uses in each zoning district and amended specific zoning district boundaries.
The change assisted the City in implementing the goals and polices of the City's Comprehensive Plan by promoting infill development, increasing density in proximity to services and amenities, and allowing for mixed use development.
