What is Disc Golf?
Disc golf is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, players use a flying disc, and toss the disc from a tee area to a target - a metal basket open on top and mounted to a pole, similar to the "hole" in the putting green in golf. Players progress down the fairway making consecutive throws from the spot where the previous throw has landed. There may be brush or trees or other obstacles impacting the players ability to reach the target. Once the player lands the disc in the metal basket, the hole is completed, and the player moves to the next hole.
